Excellent accomodation. Emmanuel was very kind and helpful. The house is in a nice and quiet street, so you sleep well because it is so peaceful. I would definitely be happy to stay here again.

Booked this place "by accident" due to proximity to my business destination before realizing that it was a guest room in a private apartment. Turned out to be an excellent choice. The owner ensured a very positive personal welcome and good-bye, but he stayed discreet and never became intrusive. The place is on a high floor with elevator, well secured, tastefully decorated, modern, exceptionally clean and well-equipped. A very good alternative to a hotel.

A private mansion filled with artworks, design objects and sweet memories of the past opens its doors - and from now on, I can hardly imagine staying anywhere else while in Paris. With its cosy intimate setting, Villa du Square gives you a feeling of home away from home, of a stay at friends’ rather than in a hotel. The grand piano in the salon is a cherry on the top for those who need to practice while traveling :-) And yes - the location is perfect, the rooms are comfortable, the service is warm and accommodating.
